  In general, I believe that massage flip-flops are not suitable for long distances because due to their uniqueness, they will "torture" your feet. However, for indoors (short distances), they are the best. Of course, it takes a little time to get used to them.

  Personally, I don't like to wear flip-flops outside the house, and therefore I exclusively wear shoes. However, for the last 20-25 years, all my flip-flops for indoors have been of this type because they really relax the feet.

  As for these specific flip-flops, 4 stars because the spikes break after 2-3 years.

  I tried it in the first few days and there is a difficulty, it feels very intense, like it's biting you because I was used to the arena where even though the balls are hard, you don't feel them as much. This one is very soft and by stepping on it, something happens and it bites you, you have to get used to it for almost a week. Other than that, it seems very good and the big advantage is that it can be adjusted from above and the scratch sound. I give it 4 stars for the adjustment of the first day, they have a much better price than the arena, around 22 and a half plus shipping, it's the same for the black and the blue, nothing changes. I have tried the blue one, I will come back after months, the only negative point is that it needs attention where the floor is glossy tiles and there is water, they slip, not too much but they do slip, I don't trust them. Other than that, it is an excellent product, better than the arena

  The slippers are very good.. but having had minor foot surgeries, I will say the following.. for people who have soft or very sensitive soles, they don't work.. inside the house, my feet feel like they're on fire when I wear them..   Personally, I rate them with 2 stars, solely for the quality of construction.
  As for the rest, which is the essence, they caused me trouble every time I tried to wear them.
  The "bumps" are so hard that after a few minutes, I literally couldn't walk.
  I persisted, hoping to get used to them, and the next day I couldn't even step on them.
  It's a shame because as a mold, it is very comfortable on the foot.
  If it weren't for the unbearable bumps, they would be perfect.
  And I hesitate to give them away somewhere, so they end up in the useless bin.

  I start with the fact that normally I would give it a 3.5 if it was possible. It's not a 4 in my opinion.
  Comparing it always with Havaianas flip flops that I have in terms of quality, I have to say that these Adidas ones are quite inferior. I wanted to try this specific style because of the strap break. It doesn't happen as easily with Havaianas, but still. So I went for these ones because they look nice, I have to admit. However, their material (for me) is not very good. It's basically like a harder foam. I don't know about materials, so someone could say that's where the work and technology of these specific ones are. So the reader can evaluate that. When walking, the straps often "burn" the foot, so I would deduct some points there. And they easily get dusty/dirty.
  Overall, they might be good slippers. Personally, I won't buy them again because they lose in several aspects.
