Another excellent FFP2 mask from 3M. They are packaged sealed in a 3M bag of 25 pieces all together, without individual packaging. It bears the Dutch certification CE 2797 and fits behind the head. The positives of 3M masks are well-known: effective filtration over 99% (even though it is FFP2), excellent fit, and comfort. However, this particular one is the best in terms of ease of breathing. The corresponding American 9105 Vflex was measured with a breathing resistance of ~32Pa, while surgical masks usually range from 50 to 100Pa. You will often see nurses wearing it in COVID clinics, mainly for the comfort it provides. Another advantage is the price-to-quality ratio. The only and major downside of this particular mask is the aesthetic result and nothing else. It is the only reason someone might not choose it. It is recommended for visits to hospitals, places with large crowds, subways, and air travel, due to the comfort it offers during prolonged use.

The reason I give 2 stars is because if you buy 1 piece or more (but not 25 pieces), it comes "loose" in the reseller's packaging, and not in individual packaging from the 3M company. I spoke to the sender and he clarified that it is normally packaged in sets of 25 pieces and each individual mask does not have protective packaging. Therefore, this very important information should be included in the product description, because essentially they are not suitable for immediate use since they have been touched by third parties.

    The best mask we have tried. It is incredibly comfortable and spacious inside, and you breathe so comfortably that you forget you're wearing it. It has the best fit of all 3M masks (hugs the face, doesn't tighten, doesn't leave gaps), and its straps are thicker and sturdier than those of more expensive 3M masks. The main downside is the appearance, it is a very peculiar mask, bulky and unattractive in appearance, people on the street look at you closely. If you don't care about appearance (which you shouldn't), then we're talking about the ultimate value for money (and safety). As soon as they become available again, we will buy more.
