  I am 1.85 meters tall and my normal size is 36, which is what I bought. This jean is probably big in the waist due to the elastane and has a bit of air in the legs like in the photos. If you want your exact size, take one size down for the ideal fit both in the waist and body (tight-fitting). I would also like it to be two inches longer. Other than that, it is very comfortable and soft, and I wear it all the time.
