The multi-cooker will become the ultimate ally in the kitchen. With the capability of 11 different cooking programs and a powerful 800 W output, it can brown food, cook rice, pasta, vegetables, and even soups.
The desired cooking completion time can be set with the smart programming feature of the multi-cooker robot. It features a large non-stick cooking basket with a capacity of 5 liters.

Very good purchase is the second multicooker I buy from Esperanza. Very user-friendly (it does have the disadvantage that the lid cannot be removed, but I found a solution for cleaning. I make sure not to fill it above the limit and so it doesn't get very dirty, with a quick clean using a wet cloth. Cooking is a pleasure, the pasta (it has a special pasta menu) comes out perfect up to 500g. I have also tried rice (it also has a program) and it's the same. Of course, to prevent the rice from sticking, I coat the non-stick surface with a little butter or vegetable oil and add the appropriate amount of water for the quantity of rice I put in (you will find the proportions through experimentation, as the type of rice also plays a role). However, it makes basmati rice perfect, just like a steamer without any noise. I also made apple pie (I put it in the bake program) and lined the pot with non-stick paper. As soon as the program finished, I removed it and flipped it upside down, pressing bake again until it was cooked on the other side. The result was perfect. Easy to clean, it makes pulses and soups incredible, and you can fry onions and vegetables (it has a fry program). It's worth its money (a very economical solution) and offers all the advantages of a slow cooker. You can adjust the temperature low and melt the beef. VFM
It seems to have many functions but without instructions in Greek, and without knowing how it works, how will we use it?
When I manage to operate it correctly and it is convenient, good quality, I will raise the rating.
Excellent multi-cooker for the money it asks for... It made me see cooking as fun, me who hated going into the kitchen... Everything I have made has turned out very good, also very useful that you can set it to start whenever you want and the fact that it keeps the food warm for hours... of course, it is good not to leave the pasta in it for too long, because it gets mushy. Also, very positive is that you don't need to watch the food while it's boiling etc, you just put it in and it's done.
Very positive that it is also a steamer, and everything I have made has turned out excellent.
Another good thing is that it has a 2-year warranty, so if something happens there is no problem.
In general, it is excellent for beginners in cooking. If you are experienced, you will simply love it.
For those who complain about the recipes, just find the corresponding one you want on the internet and adjust it... I don't think it's a big problem...
With closed eyes!
In general, it is good at its job but I wouldn't buy it again because:
- the lid is not removable (I knew this from the beginning but I thought it wouldn't be such a big issue, but it turned out to be)
- the inner container is not sturdy at all, after only 5 uses, the bottom has started to break and the only spoons I have used are the ones that come with the slow cooker. (And it probably got damaged from the heat, which is even worse.)
It does what it promises but it won't have a long lifespan with these flaws.
Unfortunately, the food sticks! And it tastes bitter! You get what you pay for! It's a shame because machines like this cook deliciously! But Teflon? Better a pressure cooker or a ceramic container! There are only a few models with stainless steel or ceramic containers!
I already have an expensive electric cooker and I bought the Esperanza for my country house as an economical choice. It is worth its money and more. It cooks quickly, has a steamer option that is very convenient, and cleans very easily. In Greece, we are not yet familiar with electric cookers, but they are amazing and incredibly convenient.
The multicooker does its job if you know/learn how to use it. Its instructions are poorly written without substantial help. It does not mention anywhere cooking time and methods, nor anything else useful for its operation, only a description of the device. The rest you have to guess since you can't find anything more even on the company's website.... Additionally, the valve doesn't seem to work well, although I may not have understood it well due to the lack of instructions. Finally, the pot is detachable and easy to clean, unlike the lid which is not adequately cleaned since it belongs to the body of the device.
It is excellent for its price. Many times I set it to slow cook overnight and I have it ready in the morning, it keeps it warm and I have lunch ready!
