The pizza pan from Keystone is shallow, without high walls. It provides better baking from the bottom, for a crispier result and less baking from the top. It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, highly resistant to rust, and heats up quickly. It has a non-stick coating to prevent food from sticking. To keep the coating intact, we advise you to let the pan cool before cleaning it and avoid using wire scrubbers. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
