The position where the mi band is placed is much larger. Plastic straps are also provided for application. However, it is much larger compared to the wrist. The metal strap is very big and if the wrist is small, it reaches to the other end. The clasp is magnetic and opens easily

After 1 year of daily use, the material around the band and at the point where it touches the skin started to darken, which means that it is not ALL made of steel.. okay, obviously it was worth its money for 1 year of use. but it's a shame. the rest is completely intact but now it's going to be thrown away.

The good thing about this strap is that it is ALL made of steel. That means that the inside where the band sits does not have any plastic or springs that will deteriorate from saltwater, water, use, etc. (that's how my previous straps -steel ones, with plastic and springs holding the band- got ruined)
The packaging comes with a screwdriver and a rubber case that embraces the band that will fit into the metal frame.

Very beautiful product, which makes the fit tracker look like a jewelry watch. Easy to use in everyday life.

Update for parents with babies. My son constantly pulled it and broke it. I now use the strap that the device has on its own. I will buy this strap again when the little one grows up a bit and doesn't break things for me!
