Unfortunately, I will also say that some others... with minimal use and within a few months, the plastic supports broke. I will try some of the suggestions I just saw in the comments, maybe it can be saved. But unfortunately, it was not what I expected and I wish I had seen the reviews better before buying it
After 6 months, the supports inside broke and it wouldn't open. We tried a workaround and it lasted a little longer, but eventually we had to replace it. It's a shame because it's small and convenient
It is for 4 pairs of shoes, it cannot fit 6 pairs unless they are slippers. For its price, it is good!
Cheap construction. The plastic that implements the mechanism broke in three support points on one side after five months of use. I had to disassemble half of the shoe rack to repair it (also preemptively changing the other side). I don't know what else it will come up with and how long it will last. It's better to spend a little more for something better.

Easy assembly. Durable. Good quality material. It has served me extremely well. I give it 4 stars instead of 5... because it doesn't fit 6 pairs as mentioned in the description, but I have 5 relatively tight-fitting men's sneakers. Possibly the description of the 6 shoes may refer to thinner shoes and cover cases of women's or generally thinner shoes than men's sneakers or formal men's oxfords.
Easy assembly, moderate wood quality. After a while, the shoe case (plastic) broke, but I solved my problem with a silicone gun. I recommend it!

As another user mentioned, you cannot fit 3 pairs on each shelf, meaning a total of 6 in one shoe rack. This can only happen if you choose to put slippers inside or wear very small shoes, for sneakers there is no way
