I have it for half a year. From the beginning, it needed frequent descaling due to the accumulation of salts, even though I always empty all the water immediately after use. At some point, however, it started to rust (!) internally at its base. The same thing happened with my mother's kettle, which I had bought for her. I consider it dangerous.

It boils quickly. At first, there was a strong plastic smell when heating, but after 3-4 uses, the smell disappeared. It has not caught any limescale yet, even though I use tap water.

Because there are many worse than this kettle, I believe it is worth its money. It is definitely not a fast kettle, but simply a kettle. It takes 5 minutes to boil water. I have simply seen others take 2-2.5 minutes but much more expensive. It caught limescale from the first boiling, so it requires frequent cleaning with vinegar.

Small and convenient....I use it in the warehouse where I work...for warming up water for two cups of coffee, it's great.
