Description

The drill driver from Dewalt operates with a Dewalt XR Li-Ion 18V battery. It is suitable for both screwing - unscrewing, as well as for drilling holes. Specifically, it can drill holes in wood with a diameter of up to 30 millimeters, steel with a diameter of up to 13 millimeters, concrete with a diameter of up to 13 millimeters, and various other construction materials.

Brushless Motor

Less wear, greater performance

The advantage that brushless motors have over brushed motors is that they do not have friction since there are no carbon brushes. Without carbon brushes, the motors are more efficient and have a longer lifespan as there is no wear and tear (the carbon brushes in brushed motors wear out with use). They produce less noise, maintain their torque consistently at all speeds, do not overheat, and require no maintenance.

    Use of any application (wood, metal, masonry, tiles) and I am very satisfied. Really powerful. Comes in a sturdy case with 2 2Ah batteries which I haven't charged yet (and they should have a long lifespan), as well as a charger. It's worth it for someone who wants something more quality than something cheaper. I like that it has a metal chuck and a torque of 65Nm (if I remember correctly, I've only seen higher torque in Milwaukee)
