The MR-1660-6 espresso pot from Maestro can brew up to 6 cups of coffee. It is an economical solution for making coffee and operates by being placed on a stovetop burner.

The brewing method is very simple:

• Fill the bottom part (water reservoir) with water, making sure not to exceed the height of the safety valve.
• Add ground coffee to the conical filter without pressing it down.
• Remove any residue from the rim and place it on top of the water reservoir.
• Screw the upper part of the coffee maker onto the water reservoir and place it on the burner.

Once the water boils, extraction begins, delivering hot and fresh coffee. Its operation is based on steam pressure, although the pot generates less pressure (typically 2 to 3 bar). The coffee should be ground a little coarser than that used for espresso machines in order to extract properly.

It features a thermally insulated handle for easy and safe serving. It is practical and takes up minimal space in the kitchen, while being easily portable due to its small size. It is recommended to clean it after every use with water and soap, as well as to descale periodically.
