I encountered a problem: when I filled the cup with ice cubes and water!! The bottom detached. The company responded immediately (via skroutz) and refunded the amount I paid.

Very beautiful cup! Unfortunately, it arrived with the handle broken, as the cup was simply in a cardboard box without any protective material inside or outside.
