If you tighten it enough to keep the keys securely in the loop, then the keys barely move and as soon as you move them to use them, they loosen and don't stay in place again.
I would not recommend it under any circumstances.

I have had it for a year now. It has been very useful to me. You can fit up to 4 keys and have the "key-kit" with you, which includes a screwdriver and a bottle opener. The surrounding material is high-quality leather and it has not worn out at all even today. Also, the hook is practical, but I have removed it to have a more compact set.
