I got them in white, so I can't have an opinion on whether the color fades. I felt that the sensation is more wild, but it gives me the impression that it will withstand. The feeling of the fabric, although it is cotton, is quite rough. The major drawback is that even though I followed the instructions and put it on a delicate cycle in the dryer, unfortunately, after 2 washes, it shrunk so much that the result is visible in the photo. Honestly, I don't know if it will fit on the mattress after the 3rd wash. Not suitable for the dryer.
