The base for it to work properly in paper cutting are two necessary things:
1) Good quality paper so that the perforation is correct in every joint and...
2) When we pull to cut paper with the arm it has, we must definitely do it with a sudden upward movement so that the weight of its metal arm that is there to cut the paper resists and cuts the paper.
If it had a spring on the arm for paper cutting, it would cut like butter and without any "technique" all the papers.
