This specific straightener is perfect; I've "worn it out" since I got it in 2019, and it hasn't suffered at all—it works as if I just bought it. I've tried it on a lot of hair, and everyone who has used it has only positive things to say. I recommend it as the most economical solution I've ever found on the market. It doesn't break your hair and doesn't burn it, of course, if you also use a good heat protectant, your hair will feel as if you've just had it done at a salon with keratin. (My hair is curly.)
Whether you use steam or not, you get the same result. The plate is short and many times the hairs get caught at the edge.

Not at all a practical straightener. It breaks and burns the hair, the strands get caught in the plates and tangle, and you can't straighten the hair well. I do not recommend it at all!
The worst thing that damages the hair, I have experience with straighteners, this is the worst thing as I received it, and it stayed in the box like that. The hair gets caught in the straightener and gets cut tragically, plus the hair smells awful!! Stay away, you will waste your money!!!
It is the second one I buy and after 4-5 uses it stops producing steam. With proper use, filled with distilled water, I even tried to make it work at a higher temperature and still the same. I am in the process of returning it and the second one. I will wait for the third straightener and will come back with a new review. Maybe I got a faulty batch... time will tell. I gave it two stars instead of one because it is an affordable steam press, very lightweight. Hopefully, the steam will work without any issues

Unfortunately, a very bad choice. Firstly, it is very difficult to put water in it because it has to drip slowly, and secondly, in order to straighten my hair, I have to fill it 2 or 3 times, not to mention that it releases steam whenever it remembers. Also, the strands you hold have to be exactly the same length as the plate because, as you can see in the photo, there is a protrusion on one side of one plate that fits into the other plate, which has a slot. If the strand goes into that protrusion, it breaks your hair because it gets stuck. Also, for this reason, you cannot curl or style your hair because when you try to turn the scissors, it gets stuck there. That's it. Useless product, wasted 40 euros
In broken hair that frizzes immediately, the result is impressive... It maintains straightness until the next wash and doesn't frizz even in extreme levels of humidity. Additionally, my mother has very curly hair (almost afro) and she never manages to keep it straight, even by professionals (except for the well-known expensive brand). She used it and her hair remained straight even after the next wash ?. Impressive, especially for its price! The curl without special products falls immediately, but I believe it's a matter of hair texture!

The steam is not easily visible, but it is there and it comes out as soon as you press the plates together. It also has an option for steam-free straightening. I fill the container with a syringe that I bought for 1 euro from the pharmacy. The container is enough for two straightenings. It straightens quickly, but you need to have some experience, otherwise it won't work for you. It is necessary to apply oil to the hair, otherwise no machine will do the job. It takes me 15 minutes to finish a smooth and shiny straightening. My hair is thick, long, and very curly. It is worth giving it a chance and having the patience to experiment in order to learn how a hair straightener works!
Worst iron I have ever held in my hands, my first one that cost 20 euros was better... It's only good for garbage, the money is too much for this thing... I was eagerly waiting for it to arrive... disappointment
Very good device, heats up quickly, and the styling lasts a long time! It has three temperature settings. It also creates very nice curls. The water tank is small but enough for two straightenings. Very satisfied!!
It suited me very well, I only need 1 pass for each strand. The curls are formed very easily. I always use the steam function.
I have it since 2019. Broken hair, thin hair!!! It makes them PERFECT!!! I have completely eliminated the hairdryer!!! Minimal damage to the hair, almost none!!! The hair lasts for 3 days!!! And even on rainy days, it doesn't frizz!!! I haven't tried it for curls, but the straightening is amazing!!! I highly recommend it without reservation!!!
Unfortunately, wasted money. It's not worth the money at all. It's better not to buy it at all. The container is very small and it empties immediately, and it's black so you can't see when it's empty, nor can you realize it until the steam comes out when you remember it. Also, a big negative is that the steam doesn't come out from the plates, and the plates have a small surface area and don't straighten the hair at all. The regular straightener without steam that I have works better and much faster. It's a big disappointment and I don't recommend it in any case.

I bought it about 3 months ago and it has never had any issues so far. I chose this particular one because it is an affordable option for this type of straighteners and it is definitely worth its money. It is very beautiful externally and it is sturdy. The water tank is small, however, I have thin and few (damaged) hairs, so it was not a problem for me (I fill it 2-3 times a week with almost daily use) and I have also never noticed any leakage so far. Now, as for straightening, I have to say that at lower temperatures it doesn't straighten as quickly (160-180), while at higher temperatures it straightens more effectively (200-220). Personally, the result doesn't last more than a day, but this may be due to my hair and also because I live in a humid area. Overall, I am satisfied with the device
Very good purchase for its price!! You can straighten your hair with and without steam! The straightening on my hair holds very well even after washing and it has a different styling. Very pleasant surprise!! The result definitely differs compared to the original stream pod, but it worked for me. The damage to the hair is expected from any product that burns your hair to such degrees!

It suited me immediately and I give it 5 stars for the quality-price ratio and the long-lasting straightening, but I would like the water tank not to be black so that I can see how full it is. The plates are thin and it takes 3-4 passes for straightening. For curls, one pass was enough. I have damaged, uncolored hair and I take care of it with a special oil when straightening. I usually set the temperature to 180. I will set it to 220 when I want a good straightening when there is humidity outside, but I don't do it often for the health of my hair. The steam passes through the holes in the plates and sometimes makes a strange sound - a hissing, but it doesn't harm the hair. It heats up in seconds and is lightweight. The rotating cord is a plus, it provides great convenience. Attention, use only distilled water and not tap water to prevent salt accumulation in the steam mechanism.
Good as a hair straightener, I would say it does the job of a hair salon, meaning that the straightening lasts for many days! The sound that is heard when passing the tuft and having the steam system activated, which sounds like the hair is breaking, is nothing but the steam! As for whether it damages the hair, I have no opinion because I frequently trim the ends and they don't have time to develop split ends or break! I am very satisfied! I can say that it is the best hair straightener I have ever bought so far.
At least in my hair (fine but healthy hair), it didn't suit at all. It is heavy and it didn't suit me to curl my hair. My hair didn't straighten very well and it became oily (maybe from the steam) and it burned the ends a lot, I could almost hear it on the edges from the plates. I use various products that protect and nourish my hair and I know that the damage is a result of this specific straightener, as neither my previous nor my current one cause the same issues. I gave it to a girl with very coarse and curly hair who did a keratin treatment and maybe there it had a different result because she didn't mention anything to me. If you have fine hair, check out my review on the Remington Keratin Therapy Pro that I bought afterwards and I am very satisfied with.

If you straighten them by dividing them into sections with the clip, the straightening lasts for 2-3 days.
However, if you straighten them without dividing them, it requires several passes... and it doesn't last!
One negative thing is that from the second use, I don't see any steam at all...

Apart from the fact that it takes over 30-40 passes through your hair to straighten a lock... it also gets tangled and pulls on it... I had it for a week and then threw it away...

I have curly and thick hair and the straightener did a very good job. Some comments saying that the hair gets cut probably hear the humidity from the steam on the plates which might scare you at first. I used a heat protectant product and my hair came out softer than with the hairdryer. Now, long-term damage is expected but I'm prepared for it. Otherwise, it's a quick and effortless straightening with filling the tank 1.5 times as I have a lot of hair. To fill it, I used a syringe that someone recommended and it was very easy.
It was purchased as a gift and it is very good value for money. Fast and effective straightening without damaging the hair. With the appropriate straightening cream, it works wonders
