I have had it for about 3 months and I have to say the following: It is of good quality and durability, and it does work if and only if you also maintain a proper diet. However, I noticed the following. Before, I had a similar neoprene shirt that was very tight and indeed made me sweat a lot, but unfortunately it got damaged in the wash. I noticed that this specific shirt, because it is not as tight as the previous one or because it is made of a different material, I don't sweat as much as before. So maybe it should be tight in order to do a better job. Personally, I combine it with a sweat belt underneath and I have good results. Don't expect miracles if you don't exercise and stop snacking... :)

  Let's not beat around the bush, in order to lose weight you need to watch your diet, for more information consult a proper nutritionist, so let's talk about the product. It is tight, and after a workout it's difficult to take it off, which is logical. It helps you sweat, and wearing the shirt makes you feel more aggressive than when you're not wearing it.
