    The extractor fan is beautiful, adjustable in height, but it needs 4 supports in concrete on the ceiling. If you have plasterboard, it needs screws to hang from the concrete. It is powerful, but at low speed, the flap hits (the flow is not enough to keep it open, you can remove it), which is annoying after a while.
