The blood pressure monitor that I bought here on Skroutz, specifically on the page for the "Omron RS7 Intelli IT Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor HEM-6232-D," is actually the:

OMRON RS7 Intelli IT HEM-6232T-E.

It is an excellent blood pressure monitor.

It is silent, with an indicator if you have tightened it enough on your wrist, an indicator if there is an irregular heartbeat, optional indicator if you have positioned your wrist at the correct height when measuring blood pressure (you can deactivate it if you don't want it), indicator if you are moving while measuring blood pressure.

I compared it once with an arm blood pressure monitor (Braun ExactFit 3, model BP6000), and it showed the same measurements.

Both the manufacturer (OMRON) and the importer (Leousis) state that it is:

Clinically certified by the European Hypertension Society.

Clinically certified for use by overweight individuals.

The first means that a clinical study was conducted on humans to determine the accuracy of the measurements of this model, and its measurements are indeed accurate.

The second means that it was also tested on overweight individuals, and its measurements are also accurate.

Because the hypertension problem I have is chronic and often catches me off guard, I wanted a blood pressure monitor that I could always have with me to measure it. For this reason, I chose an expensive blood pressure monitor in order for it to be as reliable as possible. That's why I started checking it. As part of the check, there are also the photos that have been taken in the order they appear within a few minutes. The results are shown. This particular one in the middle showed very low hypertension. Here I want to say that I tested it only briefly on someone else and the deviations were not so great. That's why I considered that these measurements are wrong for me due to my health condition (2 heart surgeries). However, I can't prove it. The ratings I gave only concern myself. Of course, those of you who have it, do a test with a good cuff and don't relax.

I wanted to consult my cardiologist about whether I should trust a wrist blood pressure monitor, and he advised me to prefer an arm blood pressure monitor. However, when he saw that I had purchased this specific one, he told me that it is one of the best and most reliable in its category, so I can use it without worry.
Easy to use, readable screen, many useful indicators, secure case, lightweight and comfortable to carry.
Minus 1 star for the completely unacceptable instruction manual. The letters are impossible to distinguish because they are excessively small, and you need a magnifying glass to read them.

The main thing is that it has accurate measurements (in a check & comparison I have done with doctors' measurements) as long as your hand is in the right position and the wrist cuff is properly placed. It has confirmatory indications on the screen for the above. The cooperation with the OMRON CONNECT application and my mobile phone is flawless. Also, the data is synchronized with Google Fit for those who are interested.
It is quiet and takes measurements as it inflates, unlike traditional sphygmomanometers that create additional anxiety and pressure when they start inflating.
The autonomy is satisfactory.
The clarity of the screen is problematic. When there is insufficient external lighting, reading is impossible, as is reading from a slightly sideways position. The inner fabric shows visible signs of wear after 7 months of use.
Personally, I highly recommend it to those who need the extra features it offers, especially to those with an arm circumference of over 40 centimeters who struggle with traditional arm sphygmomanometers.

The blood pressure monitor is excellent. Easy to use and with accurate measurements. However, it is aimed at people of a certain age. On the one hand, their vision is naturally impaired and their language skills are limited. The user manual does not have instructions in Greek and some thought it was right to translate it. They managed to fit 4 sheets of instructions on an A4 paper and the photocopy is terrible. Unacceptable. I don't think anyone will be able to read it without a magnifying glass. If you're going to do something, at least do it correctly. Sloppy work with no responsibility. I'm very sorry.
