It is very good and worth its money. It has a sturdy professional-level construction. The noise is satisfactory and it has very easy settings. I use it for espresso with the Rancilio Silvia E machine and the coffee comes out perfect. The grind adjustment varies slightly depending on the brand of coffee (Illy, Portioli, etc.). The brand is Compak k 3 (Eurogat has simply put its logo on it) and it is of very good quality.
The mill is of professional level. The adjustment is very easy. At 20, it cuts espresso perfectly and it is not noisy. It also does not get dirty at all. I bought it from bulldoza.gr and had it at home in two days. Compak is a subsidiary of Ascasso, so the quality is guaranteed.
Very good mill for household use with a quite silent motor and the ability to grind from very fine to coarse for French/filter coffee. An important function is the automatic dosage for single or double espresso with adjustable settings.
Before the K3 touch, I had the Graef cm 800 grinder. This grinder is not a toy. It is professional. It is worth the money and more. It has 110 levels for grinding coffee, it has a timer for single or double espresso, the blade speed is not too high at 1250, so the coffee does not burn. Now, its downsides are few. Firstly, the top plate with the levels has a slight flaw. Don't be scared because you can easily fix it by removing the screw of the top plate that serves as a stopper. Remove it and replace it with a larger one, 2cm. When you choose the appropriate level for grinding the coffee, tighten it lightly and stabilize the top plate with the body of the machine without any flaws. Additionally, it retains a small amount of coffee after grinding, which requires frequent cleaning. I highly recommend it, it is a very good machine. Thank you.
