Luckily, it broke after 4 years and I got another one. That's when I realized that with the same amount of money, I could have had one that cuts the espresso as much as needed, so it would be like the one you buy. It cuts thick, it's not suitable for espresso. The fact that it broke in 4 years is relatively okay.

Unfortunately, for espresso it is too coarse even at setting 1. It definitely requires 3 passes to say that it is worth drinking. I was torn between the delonghi KG49 and this one and I chose this one because it had more grinding levels. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if they really make a difference! On the other hand, I haven't compared it to any other grinder, except for a manual one, so I can't confidently say that it is inferior to others in this price range. Nevertheless, for me, who doesn't have high expectations from a coffee, the result in taste is decent, always of course, after 3 passes.

Very good household coffee grinder. I have had it for 2 weeks and I grind coffee for espresso. I am very satisfied with its grinding for its specifications. I have it on the highest level and it grinds quite finely and evenly.
