  • When cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is advisable to wash the blade immediately.
  • The blade may stain if not cleaned because it contains a small percentage of carbon.
  • Hand cleaning is preferable. If placed in the dishwasher, it is advisable to dry it with a soft cloth immediately after washing.

    Good blade that holds its edge well. We'll see how easily it sharpens. The downside: the handle is made of a material that is non-slip but also elastic. Combined with the fact that the blade does not extend through the entire length of the handle, it makes the knife flexible when cutting something harder, like hard cheese, and thus power is lost in the cut. I doubt its durability over time.
