The glasses reduce blue light, they are lightweight and stylish. However, they are for minimal requirements and you can achieve blue light reduction with simple settings on Windows or the screen. From this perspective, they are not particularly useful.

It looks very nice and it is not poorly constructed, but personally, I did not experience any significant protection from computer screen radiation.
