So, I recommend using them without any additional masks. And with a silicone-free shampoo. This way, the hair won't be overloaded and will be perfect!

Intensive reconstruction did not work on my hair. This surprises me because it has good reviews and I gave it a long time (over a month) to evaluate it. I don't see any noticeable difference in my hair using it from the roots to the ends. Just as my ends were dry, they remain so.

Quite a good product, it is something better than conditioner, something less than the equivalent mask. Personally, while it gave me a good result, I will continue to buy the mask because I prefer its richer texture. However, it is quite good for everyday use.
