The light fixture is adjustable in both joints. It is easily installed. If the cables (line - neutral - ground) do not come out exactly from behind its base, you either need to open a channel in the wall to guide them there or connect them to the metal base (as I did with a wheel since the drills had no effect). The light fixture only provides local lighting in front of the mirror and will not illuminate the entire bathroom under any circumstances.
