In 5 months it broke. It was under warranty, they replaced it for me, it broke again. The same with 2 other Beurer products I bought. Never again Beurer

It seems to be a quality construction. I expected a little more intensity in the heat, but maybe for safety reasons, it doesn't happen. It shuts off on its own after 90 minutes, probably for safety reasons. I've had it for a week and I believe it helps relax the back and neck

It does a good job but unfortunately it broke in the first year and of course with only winter use, meaning it broke after 3-4 months of use.

High-quality product with accurate temperature control and direct contact with the body. The material is very soft and comfortable with a neck strap and a low waist for a perfect fit! I highly recommend it

Purchased from a local store for 60€ (with a 3-year warranty), it is a quality construction, it ties around the neck and waist. In order to feel warmth, however, it needs to be on the 3rd setting (always over clothes, not directly on the skin). I believe it can also be placed directly on the skin as the material is skin-friendly. Does it do the job? Yes, to some extent it helps me warm up my back and then do exercises (abdominals-back) to strengthen my core, as I have had a spinal fusion surgery a year ago.
