Guys, I don't know what you're saying. I've had them for 4 years of heavy daily use, with sweat, bumps, and everything, and the battery still lasts for 5 hours and the case charges them twice. I had them in the drawer for almost 4 years and at some point when I ran out of headphones, I decided to use them. Without further ado, the left headphone simply never worked. It showed that it was charging, but it didn't do anything and the phone didn't recognize it. The right one that was working was very mediocre in terms of sound quality and volume. I struggled for 1-2 days and then gave up. The worst product I ever had.

So I bought these headphones about 2 years ago and I still use them today.
The headphones are quite powerful for me and the sound seems clear and much better than Xiaomi headphones at 20, 30 euros. I recommend the dynamic equalizer in the app as it produces the most accurate sound with plenty of low end and very good mid-high range.
The ambient sound is one of the things that is used more at work, but I can say that it is not like the ambient sound in headphones with new technology. However, if you need to hear a little more of the outside world, it does the job.
As for the fit, I have to say that I am very satisfied. I wear them every day at work for about 6-8 hours and my ears don't hurt at the end of the day. They are very good for running or at the gym, they have never fallen out. A very good example I can give is that I have worn them while skiing. Not only did they not suffer any damage, but I was doing flips on the mountain and they continued to play music normally.
I give it 4/5 because I expected more from the battery. At work, I only wear one earphone to listen to customers and it lasts about 3 to 4 hours depending on the volume. For many, it is not a big problem since the case charges them. However, if you want to wear them for 4 hours or more without taking them off, the battery may not be enough.
Overall, a very good product, I am very happy with my purchase and I will continue to recommend them to friends until I find a better alternative at the same price. If you are looking for better wireless headphones, the AirPods Pro are very good, but of course at a much higher price.

Terrible headphones in terms of fit and durability. Good sound, terrible microphones, my conversation partners couldn't hear me.
I've had them for 1.5 years. The right one broke within the first two months of use and the left one a few months later. I've sent them for repair twice and they broke for the third time. Samsung's support is unacceptable, they're asking for 190€ to "unclog" them instead of providing a replacement for a new pair. But after 1 month of use, they started having problems. Let's say that the sound was not loud and I had to turn up the volume on the Bluetooth settings of the headphones to be able to hear a little. Now the only thing left is to take them to the service and I don't know what they will tell me or ask for.
