- Use low or medium heat for better performance of the cookware. High heat may cause damage
- Do not leave the cookware on the fire until the contents evaporate and do not leave it empty on a hot burner or gas flame
- Cook on a burner that is the same size or smaller than the base of the cookware
- Let the cookware cool down before cleaning to avoid warping
- Avoid any extreme temperature changes
- Stains may occur on the interior surface of the cookware due to overheating or thermal shock
- Do not let fat or oil heat to the point of smoking, burning, or turning black
- Do not fill the cookware more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid splattering
- Do not store acidic, salty, or fatty foods in the cookware before or after cooking
- Do not use sharp kitchen tools on the interior non-stick surface of the cookware and do not cut food while it is inside the cookware
- Do not use metal sponges, wire brushes, or harsh cleaners
- Never put cold water into hot cookware. Do not immerse hot cookware in cold water.
