Three years ago when I got it, something was happening! Two years ago the app changed and I needed to talk to someone from the company that launched it, who sent me instructions to help me (which I am attaching in photos). This year when I switched my phone from Android to iPhone, I had a problem worse than the one from two years ago! I followed the instructions to the letter and connected. Once the phone communicates with the thermostat via wifi, the daily connections are not terrible. I will see how it goes and if something no longer relates to previous years, I will get back to you.

Unfortunately, one of the worst purchases I have made. What is mentioned in the comments of others is true, with frequent disconnections, low device quality, looks fake, deviations from actual temperature... generally stay away, not even if you find it for €20
DISGUSTING 0 stars, worst purchase I have ever made in my life and even if they paid me, I wouldn't take it anymore, yesterday I couldn't even turn off the boiler.
Such a shame and it wasn't even cheap, I definitely need to replace it.
This is the third winter and I decided to change it. I haven't decided yet with whom.
1. Constant disconnections from the network that require reinstallation.
2. The thermostat can disconnect from the boiler and the application shows "all good".
3. I uploaded photos where the thermostat shows room temperature 9 degrees and the application shows 21.6 degrees. Whatever.
4. The first year the indications changed on their own.
5. Insufficient service. Immediate response, but essentially there is no solution.
6. The product is so unstable in its connection to Wi-Fi that it is simply useless. If at the moment of disconnection the boiler was off, it remained off and the indications in the application were that it was functioning normally. If it was on, it remained at that temperature even if you turned it off in the application.
Stay away... it constantly disconnects from the network! When you have it plugged in, it shows 2 degrees higher than the normal temperature. When you use it only with batteries, it shows correctly but then you don't have wifi connection. The automatic lock is annoying for me! Look for something else. I wasted 115 for nothing
I have it for one winter. It is not reliable at all in its operation. If I'm not mistaken, it is made in Turkey. It always has a 2 to 3 degrees Celsius deviation from the actual room temperature, specifically sticking at 19 to 20 degrees while the room has 17 to 23 degrees! Very expensive for what it offers. I do not recommend it.
Indeed, it takes a long time to measure the space, it sometimes has some issues with temperatures and the smart function. I am not satisfied, I bought it from a local store and I am a heating installation technician. I constantly use GENERAL room thermostats because they are of good quality and at a good price, but this particular model does not perform well.
This one is completely rubbish, not worth it at all. It has no sensitivity at all and it is also very expensive. I mean, when the analog thermometer shows 14, this one shows 17 or even the opposite. When the temperature rises to 22 on the analog one, this one shows 20. It doesn't have a good perception of temperature sensitivity, meaning it has nothing to do with calibration. Another major flaw is that when you disconnect it from the power supply, it loses the Wi-Fi connection, meaning it needs to have constant power to be connected to the internet. I have had it for over a year and it's a waste of money that I paid 110 euros for
Very easy to connect. No interruptions or disconnections, etc. After 1 year of use, both devices stopped working and there is no connection. They both show that there is no connection and they cannot connect to the network
It does not have proper thermostat functionality. And I explain. When you set the target temperature, for example 23, it should go to 23.5 to turn off and 22.5 to turn back on. 1 whole degree difference without an option for a smaller dynamic difference, for example 0.2.
I returned it and bought another one because I wanted a stable temperature in the house all day and this one does not serve at all
It works great, been doing so for 3 years now, you must be doing something wrong.
Terrible machine!! Impossible to connect to the application. I do not recommend it to anyone
