The strap is very helpful for the body to maintain the correct posture in every position. Even using it for one hour a day is enough, as its job is to create the habit of proper body posture - a type of "memory" for the body. I appreciate that physical exercise works additively, so along with the strap, issues like hunching and back pain can be resolved. Ideal for use in office work and household chores. Logically, it would also be very helpful for pregnant women, although it would be preferable for a lady to tell us this. The only negative is that from the first month of use, wear and tear on the strap (fraying) is observed, but within reasonable limits, due to the velcro (hook and loop) and its friction with the rest of the strap. This is also the reason I didn't give it fewer stars.

For someone who has a serious posture problem, it may not be suitable because it does not prevent slouching or leaning forward. What it actually does is remind us, due to the light resistance it provides, to stretch our back backwards and hold it straight more comfortably. It is a body posture aid, it does not determine the posture.

This product does not perform well. It is better to choose something more compact that covers and tightens the entire back. I do not recommend it.
