First of all, I have had it for 3 or 4 years now with daily cooking. Mainly used for boiling, grilling, and slow-cooked dishes (braised type).
1) Its power cannot be compared to a regular kitchen stove, no matter how efficient the induction is. When the 1 burner has a maximum power of 2000 watts and the built-in kitchen stove has 3000 watts, there is no comparison. However, compared to other ceramic or classic electric burners at 2000 watts, it is much faster. For those who have gas burners, the speed is similar and a little faster (always talking about the same wattage).
2) It has a very stable flame intensity, which allows you to slow-cook food (I put steaks or vegetables at 10 without any oil in a non-stick pan with a closed lid and it slow-cooks them with their own juices).
3) Very simple in design and easy to clean.
4) I have never used the applications, and as a cook, I don't sit and follow ready-made recipes or programs from any company, so the smart tricks were unnecessary for me.

It heats up quickly and strongly, but only in the center for pots with a bottom of 10 to 12 cm, so you can't fry or cook food in a pot because the food burns in the center and remains uncooked on the edges. It only works for boiling pasta, for example. It has three temperature settings, not 99. Before you buy it, I would like to mention the following: It seems very practical to have great control over the power of the stove, meaning that the degree ranges from 1 to 99, while even in the most expensive stoves, it only reaches from 1 to 15 (like in the AEG induction stoves that I personally have). However, this is a big lie from Xiaomi! The stove never reaches 1% of its power, and when you have it at 1, it's actually like having it at 30% to 50% of other stoves.
When, for example, I cook on the AEG built-in induction stoves that I have at home, I can adjust with great precision how the boiling will be. For example, very low heat for simmering so that things don't get destroyed, or for making broth, or for using a pressure cooker and maintaining a stable pressure! But with the Xiaomi stove, I have no precision because as I write this review, I'm making simmered dishes, I have the stove at 1 and it's boiling very strongly, resulting in the dish being ruined! As for the pressure cooker that I occasionally use with the stove, it stays at maximum pressure and loses some air because the heat is stronger than it should be (I have the stove at 1% of course).
To summarize: there is no low power in this stove. The lowest is at least 30% of the power of other stoves that actually have precision in their settings. So if you want to make an egg or a steak, it will do the job just fine. But for long simmering on low heat, forget it.

Pros: Fast and efficient, absolute control of cooking temperature. You forget about the kitchen stove. Lightweight, easy to carry, you can use it anywhere (balcony, garden, trip, etc. as long as you have electricity). Easy to clean.
Cons: Unfortunately, the "heated" surface has a diameter of only 18cm. I noticed during cooking that it gets very hot in the center, and I tested it with a pot only with water. Anything beyond 18cm gets heated "by accident", so if you fry or bake and don't boil, you need to be careful because you will end up with half burnt and half uncooked food...

I had returned the induction cooktop and bought a professional 3500W one, which is still great up to this day. BUT!!! I bought it again because while all the regular induction cooktops are "okay," they don't have good control over boiling. For example, you set it to 1500Watt and it boils intensely, and the next lower option is 1300Watt but it doesn't boil at all. So, if I want to boil something gently, I can't do it with the professional one. And here comes this one (45 euros from abroad with a coupon) to solve my problem. I can adjust the intensity from 0 to 99 and simmer everything slowly. I made tomato sauce that requires a gentle simmer for a long time (without burning the bottom), and it was exactly what I wanted. A similar "professional" cooktop with such control costs 1900€ (Control freak - breville). However, I don't trust it that much. I have the big one and I can boil water in 5 minutes with a whole pot, it covers a 28cm pan completely, but the small one can't do it. It can only handle the 16cm size that we mentioned before. It's okay for cooking a simple meal for household use. But if you're looking to do more advanced cooking, the control and the surface of the cooktop play a dominant role. It's really my right hand for a second cooktop.

- Sensor in the center to check if the temperature is as it should be according to our settingsNow let's move on to the negatives, of which there are many:
- Useless app for me personally, it doesn't allow remote control of the device. From what I had seen on the internet, I expected to be able to open or close it via the internet, adjust the temperature, etc. The only thing it does is send you notifications in Chinese from the Mi Home app that it has finished cooking. If you are in the app, you can see how much time is remaining, and if you want to set a mode from your phone, for example, stir fry, you press it on your phone and then you have to press the cooktop button for up to 10 seconds to activate it. What you do from the stove, you do exactly the same from the app. You can't even open or close the stove from the on/off commands of the mi home.
-Unacceptable stove diameter. Extremely UNACCEPTABLE. It has a diameter of 18cm. It didn't say anywhere on the internet that it is so SMALL. I searched everywhere and found nothing. It doesn't even say it in the instructions. I put a 26cm cast iron pan on it and it only cooked in the middle...
-The power of the stove is good for an average user-tenant. However, I have also worked with a 3500w professional one and it's not comparable. With 2000w, you can do your job but it's not the most powerful you could have. In comparison to the large eye of a ceramic one, it has 3/4 of the power.
-The protruding round part - which is in the center of the stove and pops out - lifts light utensils and is not the best. Plus, water can fall in there and go straight into the electronics of the stove.
-For its price, it's the worst.
-The countdown timer, being digital, could have gone up to 24 hours easily, but they haven't added it...
-When it heats up to the maximum, the coil or the fan makes an annoying sound that shouldn't be heard for so much money...
I bought it for 70 euros on Black Friday and it took 2 months to arrive...Let me say one last comment, the induction one specifically, personally, apart from the app and the extras, it's not worth it because it has a very small DIAMETER...
To summarize, it's beautiful but for its price at 90 euros, stay away!! You can spend 60 more and get a 3500w professional one, no comparison in terms of quality and durability...
So much money truly wasted if you buy it.. I recommend companies like Hendi, Bartscher, and the one from the well-known German store (yellow-blue) that are dogs but are also professional and cheap for the same price as this xiaomi one. Specifically:

-Induction stove, colleagues of mine who are chefs have been using it for 2+ years and they have had no issues, with 35 euros (Crazy price!!!). For me, it's the only and cheapest one worth it.
