Perhaps the best roasting pan to make meat in the oven. You put all the ingredients you want inside without any oil or water and let it cook (typically I would say for beef with vegetables at 170 degrees Celsius). I mention without oil and water because the material is such that the meat will not stick and burn inside, but the meat naturally releases its juices and fats and cooks perfectly.
Edit 1 year later: As mentioned in another review, mine also cracked on its own one year later without being hit or having frozen water while the roasting pan was still hot.
