This is the second bottle I have used. I had many and intense cracks on my feet for years due to poor hydration. The truth is that during the use of the first bottle, I did not use it systematically and consistently, but I bought it again because I saw that it works. Recently, I decided to use it again (second bottle) with stability and better preparation during its use. The result satisfies me particularly because after each use, I see gradual improvement, and this makes me faithfully follow the following program.

First, before using the oil, I take a necessary shower and insist with a hard loofah on the areas that interest me, in order to prepare my skin to receive the product.

Second, I always use disposable gloves for the application of the oil (which I reuse). I mention this because this specific oil is quite strong and you should be very careful not to touch your face with your hands under any circumstances (to avoid chemical burns).

Third, I choose to use the oil during midday, knowing that I will be at home for the rest of the day. This is because the sensation from the oil is not particularly comfortable and it has a very strong smell. The smell is tolerable, of course, but quite intense. For this reason, I do not use it during the night to avoid the scent transferring onto sheets, blankets, or clothes. Of course, during the use of the oil, I wear specific clothes and slightly more breathable ones for the same reason, allowing the oil to work for at least 6-8 hours, and then I shower again to rinse off any residue.

In summary, I would recommend starting with a shower to open the pores, then using the oil, and showering again to remove any residue. The next day, the same routine. If someone skips the shower and lightly exfoliates their skin and goes straight back to using it, they manage to add a second layer of oil to already closed pores from the previous use, significantly limiting its effectiveness.

Finally, I would say that the oil does a very good job with visible improvement in each use, but at the same time... it is a bit of a hassle to use. This was the reason why the first time I couldn't follow the program and had inconsistent use of my first purchase. However, now I faithfully follow the program and see significant improvement in the texture, color, and depth of the cracks, as well as a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of the area.
