  The design is very good, but this specific battery is a joke! It didn't last even 2 years with normal use, without any particular strain on it. It was clear for some time that it was going to die, so I searched for the replacement in advance, which costs 10€, but it's unavailable in gray color (only green and red have been available for a while now). In the end, it left us hanging. So, I prefer to spend 40-50€ to buy a new battery instead of giving 10€ to Ravenna and ending up with the same issue shortly after. They are good for tiles...

  I'm adding 2 more stars just for the customer service from the chat people on Ravenna's website, and let me explain: I sent a message to inquire about the availability of the replacement part, and not only did they respond immediately, but when I asked about the warranty (as it broke within 1 year), they asked for proof, and eventually they searched for it electronically on their own (upon my suggestion) and called me the next day to inform me that a new replacement part will be sent to my address free of charge, which indeed happened within a week. Honestly, I didn't expect that, and kudos to them. Maybe I got lucky with a good employee. However, it doesn't change my belief in the low quality of the product in question...

  I had the equivalent of the pyramis, which cost around 100€. It is very practical, so I wanted another one for the kitchen of my country house and chose this one as more economical. As soon as I placed it, I realized the difference in quality! I have had it for two and a half years and last week the handle broke at the point where it connects to the solid part. It has a 5-year warranty for the mechanism, but only 2 years for the handle, so it doesn't cover me. Luckily there is a replacement available, but of course not in the same color ready-made. So I have to buy a different color, to do my job and order another one in the right color, which the company doesn't know when it will come(!). In conclusion, my cheap one turned out to be expensive! I regret not buying the pyramis to have peace of mind!

  Meanwhile, about two months ago, I bought a similar no-name one for 25€ from skroutz (0520300) for a relative of mine and so far it seems to be fine! It seems to have a more sturdy construction than this one.

  Very nice, good quality, worth its money and the mechanism is smooth as silk. One small drawback is that if you have a countertop filter connected to the edge of the faucet, you need to remove the nickel at the edge and it will lose a bit of its aesthetic appeal at that point.
