    Unfortunately, there is a big difference with size 2-6. Our 11-month-old baby is now starting to struggle with the 2-6 size (yes, now it's starting to bother him). So, I bought these as the next size. T E R R I B L E. Really, what was the manufacturer thinking? That it's normal to go to this size after 2-6? He vomited countless times... They are really huge... And they are also more inflated at the edge. It makes him nauseous immediately... Such a shame... We have everything from a heater to a spoon and everything else... But it's time to change to pacifiers. Such a shame... Change the sizes, kids...
