Really good construction and quality. All the components have a sense of quality (despite being made in China), the lid doesn't play at all right-left and the thermostat is step-by-step and without play. It also has a buzzer when it reaches the temperature, so besides the visual display, you also have auditory confirmation.
It reaches the set temperature very quickly (within 3-4 minutes tops) and you can start grilling right away. It's that simple. The grates are heavy cast iron and removable, and with the lid closed, it grills much better and evenly. The smoke is really minimal, only towards the end when there is a lot of fat dripping onto the heating elements, but this doesn't make it ideal for indoor use unless you have a VERY good extractor fan. The grease collector works perfectly and helps with easier cleaning.
I haven't used the iGrill yet, but when I do, I will come back and update!
