    After 4 years of use, very satisfied.
    It takes a little time and after a while it sinks easily. It lifts just as easily and makes a "click" when it reaches the highest point, at which point it remains stable.

    THE POSITIVES: beautiful, minimal appearance and possibly the only branded one with a showerhead (important factor for me as I needed a kitchen faucet with a pull-down sprayer due to the window)
    THE ODD: the selection of hot and cold and the water flow intensity, meaning where one needs to direct the unique handle, is a puzzle for someone who hasn't used it before.
    THE DIFFICULTIES: While the appearance seems simple, installation requires a good plumber, and tightening it onto the countertop is not easy at all.
    THE WORST: Submerging the faucet when you need to open the window is not an easy task at all. The intense force required and the difficulty in getting the faucet to submerge are the biggest disappointment
