I had applied it on my face and neck without warming it up with my hands and it was rubbing. You have to rub it in to absorb well and not rub. It gives a nice massage, then you have a feeling that it tightens but it sticks quite a bit. Maybe it does what it promises, I only used it 3 times to get rid of the swelling from cortisone...
Heavy texture, however, by giving the appropriate facial massage on a daily basis, it tightens.
I am 49 and I use it daily and I can say that after 1-2 months, I see differences.
