It worked gently for about 2.5 years. Suddenly, the drum wouldn't start, and it displayed an error code. The service was informed with great difficulty; they are not easy to reach. Finally, after about a month, a technician came and informed us that the drive motor, which turns the drum, has burned out. We have been waiting for a week for the repair cost, which they will know when the spare part is found. Until then, we will be blowing to dry the clothes. Patience for another week, and then we will go for another one. As long as it worked, everything was fine, and that's why the two stars. It says 199 minutes of operation time, but because it has humidity sensors, it never takes that long, it always finishes earlier. Most clothes are ready for the closet, towels are fluffy like new. Only a few things require ironing, depending on the fabric type. I recommend it!

It is an economical choice.
It removes all pet hair, leaving nothing behind.
It dries very well (with the full extra drying option, it dries everything, but obviously sensitive and poor quality fabrics may shrink). With the regular drying option, it usually dries everything perfectly.
If folded immediately, it almost irons out wrinkles, but even if left for 5-8 hours, shirts and pants can be worn without wrinkles, as they essentially straighten out from folding. Shirts may require hanging and ironing afterwards.
It does not consume much electricity, the difference with A+++ models is €15-€30 per year, meaning it pays off in 4-6 years.
It can be cleaned with a 3-second motion (grab a bunch of lint and wipe the rest, like a swiffer). The second filter, which is cleaned once a month, I use the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner and it's not tiring at all.
I only use detergent and the scent remains perfect, whether it is strong or not.
In the negatives:
It has moderate noise intensity.
And the build quality requires attention.In conclusion, these negatives are not negatives for me as they are related to the price and their cost is negligible in the overall performance of the machine.
I consider it a super value for money and I bought one for my parents, which makes slightly more noise than mine.

I struggled all this time, putting them for a second time until they dried completely. It is incredibly noisy and the clothes come out stiff and do not smell like fabric softener at all (even though I changed three brands). I would not recommend it, it's better to spend 100-150€ more and get something that will satisfy you completely!

So we have to stay without a blender for probably more than 20 days and we are talking about Ioannina where it rains constantly and a family of 6 people who used it very often. This is an issue that concerns Scroutz as well, I mean the issue that companies do not mention something so basic, what happens with the warranties.

It dries well, I use the mix, level 2, usually finishes half an hour after the specified time (of course, I fill it with a 9 kg washing machine and maybe that plays a role) very delicate fabrics wrinkle, but most clothes, if you take them out immediately after the program finishes, straighten them with your hands and wrap them up immediately, they look ironed. I was saved, we saved 80% of ironing. If it withstands time, it will be the best!

It broke 4 months later, in December 2021, and only then did they remember to tell us that when you buy a domestic appliance, you don't have warranty coverage from Sharp's service. Simply tragic, with the LG appliances of the same type that I have purchased earlier, with a receipt, I didn't have such issues where the warranty didn't cover me. So either buy retail or another brand.

In the cupboard dry setting, it completely dries the clothes, the same goes for the mixed setting at all drying levels, the sheets need to be folded inside otherwise they "swallow" the rest of the clothes and don't dry properly. The iron dry setting leaves more moisture than expected, personally, it doesn't work for me as a program. I haven't used the other programs yet. The scents linger, whether they were washed with detergent only or with fabric softener as well. I have it above the washing machine on a base, it stands just fine, it's a light construction but stable. I don't know the consumption yet, I don't think there will be a big difference.
