The dimensions mentioned by the manufacturer are not accurate. Specifically, it states a maximum of 1.05m (approximately) for the length from the ceiling, but in reality it is 80cm. I had to come up with a solution using a different pipe in order to lower it further. The build quality is good and made with quality materials, but the base that screws into the ceiling is not completely stable. It's not that the TV is in danger of falling, but it does have slight oscillations if you accidentally touch it. For those considering purchasing it, keep in mind that to some extent this is expected. The package includes screws and instructions, with nothing essential missing for assembly and installation. The TV mount that attaches to the pipe provides many good options for viewing angles and 360-degree rotation freedom. A second person will be needed for installation. For the price, I think it's good.
