The AE100 is a new compact bookshelf speaker that perfectly incorporates the characteristics of Acoustic Energy. It was designed with the goal of achieving high sound pressure levels from an extremely small cabinet. This is mainly achieved through the use of a 4-inch mid-bass driver that is based on a high-power, long-throw motor system. The bass performance is enhanced by a slot-shaped port that allows for a significant cross-section, avoiding air turbulence issues.

A 25mm soft dome tweeter with wide dispersion technology completes the driver array, which is housed in an 18mm MDF cabinet. Following design cues from the award-winning Reference series and available in satin black, walnut veneer, or limited edition satin white finishes, the AE100 is sure to look good wherever you choose to place it, offering sound that belies its compact size.
