  Hello to prospective buyers. I am a new owner of the machine and I want to share my experience using it.
  First of all, in my first attempt to make coffee, I failed! I was just another owner of a faulty product... or at least that's what I thought. But after persistence, I managed to make a perfect cappuccino to my taste!
  Let's start from the beginning...
  In my first attempt, the machine wasn't drawing water. The pump was making noise, but nothing happened. After trying again and again, I gave up. I submitted a return request through the ordering platform.
  After a few hours, I tried again and on the first try, it brewed coffee, and it was very tasty! What did I do? Step by step from the beginning. Meaning:
  - Activating the machine.
  - Waiting for it to heat up and the lights to stay on continuously. (It doesn't take long).
  - Pressing the corresponding button for the coffee of your choice.
  And... coffee was made! Here I should clarify that I pressed the double cappuccino button once. Almost immediately, the coffee started brewing. It automatically stopped at the right amount and then started pouring milk. That's when I pressed the button again and it stopped pouring milk. I don't know if it would have stopped automatically or if the user chooses the amount of milk they want in their coffee. These are the few and easy steps. I hope I helped

  at some point, the silicone gasket that is there where it makes the frothy milk had come off, resulting in steam escaping from there and causing a short circuit, and the power would go out. We had sent it for service for about a month, and they told us it was fine, nothing was wrong, and it was working normally. As a result, it came back with the same problem. After some searching I did, I found this gasket in the frothing machine, I put it in its place, and the problem was fixed. However, the damage had been done. Most of the steam was circulating inside, causing oxidation in the interior of the machine, and after about three years, it left us.

  This is the first time I am trying to make coffee with such a machine. At first, it wouldn’t draw any water at all, and as soon as I saw the comment from a friend here, I thought, here we go, the machine is done as soon as I opened it. It sounded like it was working and just did nothing. I tried it about ten times, and just when I was fed up, it started extracting. I don’t know if it was because it’s new and needed some time for the water to circulate or if it just happened. Now it works perfectly. In use, it is very easy, heats up instantly compared to some other machines that take a couple of minutes. The fact that it is semi-automatic really helps me. I put in coffee and milk, press the button, and it’s ready. Now, regarding the coffee, it makes a nice crema and good frothy milk. Here, there is a big part in what milk you will use, the coffee you will put, whether it has been tamped correctly with the tamper and the right amount. I went in and read a bit about how to make an espresso (dosages), and the result I got was no different from what I would drink in a café. It positively surprised me. With every reservation, I will return later.

  After daily use of 2-4 coffees, it is really value for money. If you find the right grind of coffee, not pre-ground, but from a coffee roaster that grinds it for you, or if you have a grinder and take beans and grind them yourself to the number needed for proper extraction. The coffee you will make will be on another level. You simply won’t buy from outside again because now that I make it at home, I can’t find anything outside that I like.

  I have had the coffee machine for about a year.. generally, it has not had any problems and it works quite well, just like when I first got it.. for me, there are two disadvantages of the device.. 1st: the frother is quite "watery" and it gets cold very quickly, and 2nd: the cleaning recommended by the company, which is also the most economical (meaning you don't need to buy chemical products), tells you to clean the device with white vinegar. The process is quite time-consuming because you have to start it the night before and finish it the next day, but apart from that, it tells you to clean it every forty coffees (which is literally very few for someone who drinks 2-3 coffees a day). Overall, I highly recommend it in terms of functionality.

  Very good coffee maker and makes perfect frothed milk, I didn't expect it to do it automatically, it has the option for single-double espresso, cappuccino, latte, I highly recommend it, it's worth it!
  I'm coming back after about 2 years, the coffee maker is excellent and I clean it every month as the manufacturer says! I make at least 4 coffees a day and I have no problems! I just want to add that at first, when it starts, the pump doesn't release water and also when it runs out again, it doesn't release easily! I solved this by pressing the cleaning button first and it releases the water quickly! I mention this for the new ones who will be disappointed and think it's defective
