After two years of use and aside from the problems mentioned by other users, I have changed the microphone on the input device twice and I'm going for a third one....
Dramatic situation...

I am so sorry for the money I spent, it's indescribable..
The screen turns off in less than 5 seconds, I can't even make it from the other room and once it closes, it only opens if the doorbell rings again, otherwise someone is waiting outside for you to open while you struggle inside to open the screen again so you can press the key! Should I call in the end to tell them to ring again or should I go down and open it myself!! Unbelievable!!! Also, the conversation, for absolutely no reason, remains open for a long time, the person has gone up, I've closed the door and said good evening to the neighbors!!!
Very very bad. #NOT BUYING!!
