I have had fatty liver for years and my g-gt has been elevated without anything showing up on the ultrasound or MRI. In March, my g-gt was 280. Keep in mind that normal is up to 60. Beyond that, it hits red. I pushed it again... and nothing showed on the MRI. I took this specific supplement for 4 months. In June, I did tests again. From 280 it dropped to 177, and my cholesterol went from 205 to just below 200. In the past, I had taken another brand that also lowered my values.
