After 3.5 years of use:

Unfortunately, it has plastic parts even if they are not in direct contact with food. Very simple to use. Easy to clean, especially if the residues do not cool down. I would like it to have an option for cooking over 60 minutes (useful for potatoes and red meat) as well as another rice container. It doesn't take up much space. The steam that comes out is sufficient, so it's good to use it near a window or a hood. The cooking times listed in the manual are the minimum. Usually, several extra minutes are needed compared to what is stated. The "keep warm" function is also useful. The build quality is not satisfactory. At the base, at the joint of the parts, it has accumulated salts, and some of its components have also faded quickly.

Within 1.5 months of use, it broke, resulting in the bottom part of the device not working. Not only that, but I have to send it back to the company I bought it from and pay for the shipping costs as well as the costs for shipping when they fix it! The shortest time frame they believe I will get it back is 1 month! Which means I bought the device, paid 30 more, and I don't have it to cook with! I will update regarding the return when it happens as well as the treatment I received.

Up to 2 servings, perfect. Cleans easily, goes in the dishwasher, quality construction, does not have a Greek manual.

2 times cooking Potatoes vegetables rice. It did them just fine and relatively quickly. For 2 people, it yields 2 good portions. You need to have it under the extractor or next to an open window because the steam it produces is quite a lot. Generally satisfied. Excellent construction and perfect for use for the past 3 years in almost daily cooking! We use it for vegetables and rice, and we chose it because it was the only metal one. It does have some plastic parts, of course. It doesn't smell while cooking, it's sleek so it stays on the kitchen counter, cleans easily, and it also comes with a bowl for rice, pasta, or even corn and peas, which is convenient. Ideal for 1-2 people since I consider it small for more.
