Induction helps you master any cooking technique faster. It heats up quicker than other types of cooktops, so you can start cooking right away. The quick heat settings help you create the best flavors and textures when cooking.
Visually, the induction cooktop looks very similar to the ceramic one, but it uses electromagnetism instead of electricity. For this reason, special cookware with a magnetic base is required.
Hob2Hood
The Hob2Hood function connects the cooktop and the hood. The hood automatically adjusts the fan speed based on the heat, without you lifting a finger. For powerful extraction during grilling. And quieter extraction during simmering.
Fewer steps and more control with Direct Touch controls
The user interface of the Direct Touch controls uses intuitive numbers 1-14, so you can set the correct temperature immediately without having to switch to plus and minus buttons.
PowerBoost
No more waiting for the water to boil in the pot. The PowerBoost function gives you instant heat power, boiling water in less than 90 seconds. It is perfect for tasks like quickly boiling a large pot of water.
Cooktop Timer
The built-in cooktop timer can be set for up to one hour and will automatically turn off the cooktop when the time elapses. For precise results without effort.
OptiFit Frame, inox XL frame
The new XL OptiFit Frame, with an excellent sense of quality, covers a wider range of built-in openings.
Independent operation
Its operation is autonomous, meaning it can function on its own without the need for connection to an oven. This means it can be placed anywhere in the kitchen that suits you best. It is suitable for combination with an over-the-counter oven, as the oven can be placed anywhere, independent of the cooktop.
Key lock function
It also features a child safety lock, which ensures that the cooktop will not be accidentally activated. By pressing the lock button, all functions are disconnected and any cooktop can be quickly and easily secured. The cooktop can be unlocked by pressing the button again for a few seconds.

1) WHY did they use 2.5 mm2 cable?;
All the Hobs together are 7350 W ... if I want to turn on 3 or 4 not all at full ... I will go up to 5-6 KW ...
That means it needs 6 mm2
The Kitchen's Fuse is 25 A x 230 V = 5750 W
So if I want to use all 4 Hobs at full, I definitely need to CHANGE this 2.5 mm2 cable to 6 mm2 and put a 32 A Fuse.
2) WHY don't they have at least 1 hob with automatic on-off to keep a stable temperature?; I searched even in more expensive ones and they all have this problem. I read that Whirlpool has a simmer option, but some comments about serious malfunctions discouraged me.
A negative aspect that I haven't read so far is the beep sound that it makes when the cooking time you have set is over, it is very quiet! You can't hear it even if you sit next to it! Especially if it is a pot or something that makes noise on the stove. In old NEFF ceramic cooktops that I had, you could hear it even in the next room, regardless of what you were cooking and how much noise it made. NEFF sound intensity 10, AEG 1.
I have been using these cooktops for 1.5 years, all the positives that have been mentioned are true, they are very fast, easy to clean, and I have used 2 burners (in a cross arrangement) simultaneously and their power did not decrease even in boost mode. If you want to use more, you should know that their power will decrease. It took some adjustment to transition from ceramic, but now there's no going back, the time and energy saved make a big difference. However, I will mention some minor flaws such as the ease with which scratches appear, the stainless steel frame is also soft and scratches easily no matter how careful you are.
I think up to €400 is a very good purchase, for more there may be other options with a more modern design and perhaps slightly more efficient and durable.
Now, regarding the issue with the coffee pot, I have to say that I tried it on an induction coffee pot with an 8.5cm bottom (capacity 750ml) and the bottom right burner works perfectly! It doesn't read the smaller ones... This is a big plus for me!
First of all, what I find negative is that it does not support briki. In another comment, it is mentioned that it supports briki, but it is not true. However, there is a way-solution to "trick" the magnets and make any briki work without an adapter.
Very good hobs, first time using induction and I am amazed, very fast boiling, safe as you don't get burned if you touch the surface. As for additional positives, the frame that protects the hobs from breaking is a great feature
First experience with induction. Amazing speed. Heats up in seconds and the intensity also decreases in seconds. Also cools down very quickly. Very satisfied. It is very convenient how you can select the intensity for each eye. No need to go one by one.
The only negative is that it requires a pot with a large bottom to work. With my 6cm pot, it doesn't work.
If I had to choose again, I would still choose induction.
After 1.5 years, I am still fully satisfied, although I see that the price has increased by 100 euros since then (purchased for 359 euros).
The front right burner that accepts the smallest utensil the device can accommodate is 12.5 centimeters. That is much larger than a briki, something like a milk jug or a small saucepan.
Edit: After some time of use, I can say that the burners are fantastic. I am changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars because I am extremely satisfied, except for the fact that I cannot use a briki but a milk jug instead. If this doesn't bother you, then go ahead and buy it without hesitation.
I ended up making Greek coffee and hot chocolate in a milk jug.... the good thing is that you can prepare them in less than 1 minute without any difference in taste.
Finally, as for the locking of the buttons and the timer, they are all very convenient and user-friendly.
I just started using them. Very fast and beautiful stoves, the stainless steel frame is beautiful and very useful. They have a timer and temperature adjustment through touch. I haven't tried the bridge yet, I will come back.
I have it for only one week. Very satisfied, fast boiling and very helpful that it automatically calculates the cookware because I haven't found any other induction hob that can be used with a briki! They all need larger cookware!!
Edit: after 9 months of use, I remain very satisfied, my hobs are always clean and because I saw comments from other users who cannot use a briki, I attach a photo with the induction briki I use as well as its size (8cm bottom).
