  As the previous speakers said, very good construction. Personally, I have 3 of these in the front +1 in the back and I am thinking of adding +2 similar ones for exhaust on the top of the case. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because one fan had faulty bearings, resulting in a lot of noise. A minor flaw though. For their price, they are excellent and silent under minimum load. I recommend them

  These specific fans are pressure optimized, hence the P12. They are designed to push air through areas that it cannot pass through on its own, such as the radiators of liquid coolers or the heatsinks that go on top of the processor. If someone tells you to get the F12 for liquid cooling, they are clueless and you will simply be fooled.

  PWM is a feature of new motherboards to vary the range of the current pulse that goes to the fan, effectively adjusting the speed at which it operates. If you get a fan that is not PWM, it runs at its full speed.

  PST is a branching system that the company has implemented to connect all the fans in series and with just one cable to attach them to the motherboard and make them work as one.

  CO stands for continued operation, they are made with double ball bearings in the bearing to work continuously at higher temperatures and consume less power.

  Although they cost a few euros more than the rest of Arctic's products, they have so many good qualities that I consider them a one-way street, especially for use in liquid cooling.
