During the development of the new P12 PWM, special emphasis was placed on a focused airflow and consequently on high static pressure. The fan guarantees extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the P12 PWM is particularly suitable for use in heatsinks and radiators.
More efficient technology
The motor is powered by a Neodym-Iron-Boron-Magnet ring of the latest generation, which allows the new P12 PWM to operate much more efficiently than its predecessors. This saves energy and reduces coil temperature without compromising performance.
Maximum Quiet, Minimal Vibrations
Even at low speeds, the operating sound of the new ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable. Due to the sinus-magnetizing, the new motor generates only about 5% of the vibration from the commutation of a regular DC motor without a filter. Consequently, there is no need for rubber spacers due to the steady and smooth torque of the new motor.

Excellent fan! I was searching with a flashlight inside the tower to see if it works! Absolutely silent! I have bought two, one for the radiator and one for the back of the tower and I will probably buy the rest as well!
It approaches the noise and performance of the Silent Wings that I have in the same case. Very good value for money. With the money of one Noctua, you get 5!

5€, 10-year warranty, PWM, you get all the value from your 5€. For a budget build, this is the fan you will choose if you don't care about RGB LED. If you have more money and you are very concerned about noise (I'm not saying that this one makes a lot of noise), it's good to look into Noctua, but these are the best in this price range.
I bought 3 for case fans! They are the best value for money fans on the market, with performance that rivals Noctua fans. Pay attention to the naming of Arctic:
- PWM: Pulse Width Modulation, meaning it is a 4-pin fan with fan curve control.
- PST: It is a sharing technology from Arctic where you can chain one fan with another. Theoretically, with a consumption of 0.08A, one could chain 12 fans. The ones in this review are NOT PST.
- CO: Fans with a double "grille" for Continues Operations. The ones in this review are NOT CO.
In terms of noise, I would say they are excellent except for around 1000-1300 rpm where they have a strange humming noise. Ideally, they are silent at idle speeds below 1000 rpm, while they achieve peak CFM/noise at around 1500 rpm.
Lastly, it's worth mentioning the 10-year warranty provided by Arctic. That's where you can understand their reliability!
Black dog, just like the P14. And even at full speed, it doesn't bother, only if you're curious. Very sturdy construction, heavy-duty fans, with excellent performance and low consumption. The price is amazing, it just has the classic metal screws.
Very good fan, it is also pressure optimized (pushes air through obstacles), I adjust it to work at the desired speeds through the MSI motherboard program according to the CPU temperature
Sold as a small fan that can produce a good amount of air through a filter with small holes. It achieves this to a large extent, but it needs to work at 100% without much noise. There are definitely better options available.
