I have been using it continuously for 3-4 years. Face, body, hands. I have a serious problem with eczema and it is the only gel that soothes my skin. Again and again!

For children and babies with atopic skin, I consider this to be the best soap! Of course, all of this is completely subjective because the skins are completely different from each other! Avene Trixera has worked very well for us, but we tried many other brands before we settled on this soap and lotion.... I won't change this specific soap, nor its lotion! It also smells nice compared to others that don't smell at all.... because for me, this is a plus

I think it's the best for atopic dermatitis. I have tried all the known ones and after this, apply almond oil before rinsing and you will see incredible skin on your child and yourself!

It is like a cream, it does not foam. It is odorless. However, it cleans the skin well and moisturizes. It also improves dry skin.

It is indeed a very gentle and moisturizing body cleanser, exactly as I expected, for the days when I feel that my skin is very stressed and sensitive and I want to avoid foaming soaps. Unfortunately, however, I hadn't noticed before purchasing that it has a scent, sure that, like most products for sensitive, dry skin, it wouldn't have. My mistake, of course. The scent is pleasant, quite "floral" and refreshing but VERY STRONG, and one of the first things I avoid when I want to relax my skin is scented products. I would never use it on my face. I use it sparingly on my body because it is also a huge package and I want it to finish at some point!

A product specialized in very dry-eczema skin. Both my son and I have eczema and we are not allowed to use soaps because they dry out the skin. Trixera helped us because it is a product that cleanses without creating foam, it has a wonderful powdery and fresh scent, rinses easily and provides hydration along with cleanliness! Too expensive for the quantity it has. The scent doesn't impress me. It is quite moisturizing, but I won't buy it again because it is too expensive
