The Atlantic F119 Design CE convector heater is equipped with a precision electronic room thermostat for easy use, an aluminum heating element, and overheat protection. It is a reliable, stylish, small-sized convector heater that can be used as primary or additional heating equipment. It offers immediate heating at a low cost and safe operation.
It operates completely silently, without expansion or contraction creaks.
HD Technology
The Atlantic F119 convector heater uses HD technology. It is an innovative development that allows air to flow through natural convection combined with radiant heating. Due to the special geometric shape of the front panel surface, the convector heater has improved heat transfer. The front panel of the convector heater heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, ensuring comfortable operation.
Wall-mounted & Floor-standing installation
The Atlantic F119 Design CE convector heater includes a fixed floor stand in the package. If you wish to mount it on the wall [it is mounted low, 12 centimeters from the floor and protrudes 11 cm from the wall], you can purchase the wall mounting bracket for Atlantic F119 convector heaters separately.

Completely silent operation
Cold resistance shielded in aluminum - does not incandesce
Operates through natural convection, does not blow (does not dry the atmosphere)
Unlike air conditioners and fan heaters, the convector heater does not blow hot air. It diffuses heat, so when turned off, the room retains the warmth.
It does not retain the heat it produces, but delivers it 100% to the space, unlike oil-filled radiators.
Light operation indicator
Safety-Quality of Construction
The outer surface of the body does not burn and is tolerable even to the touch of a child's hand.
Double insulation CLASSE II
IP24 protection
Thermal safety protection against overheating
Can be safely installed in the bathroom [Steam protection (Splash proof)]
Features pins that can block the thermostat setting, e.g., for children, tenants, guests. Ideal for use in guesthouses and hotels
Stable floor base (Included)
Body fall safety - when the body is placed on the stable floor base and falls, it automatically stops operating

Overall good, the only issue is the little legs which are a bit flimsy and on the first attempt to move it, they broke from a wrong move. It had happened before with the same brand of heater
Very good for quickly heating a small space! I got it for my daughter who is a student. However, I prefer the 2000 watt of the same brand, which I have had in my house for several years, and it covers much more square meters.
I use it in a small children's room, with relatively good insulation. It heats the room quickly and remains warm for hours after I turn it off. It doesn't smell when turned on and I haven't noticed any noise. However, while I have it at 18 degrees, one time it may not turn on at all and the room is cold, and the next time it may not turn off at all and be unbearably hot. This problem does not exist in older radiators, with an analog thermostat, that I have from the same company. Now I turn it on a long time before bedtime so that I can adjust the temperature until the baby falls asleep and I haven't had to change the temperature many times during the night.
It would also be convenient to have a handle for easier transportation.

The thermostat's operation is not very satisfactory
The biggest disadvantage is the thermostat. Not at all accurate, as mentioned in other comments. It either heats or warms you without being able to adjust it effectively. Also, it is not completely silent. I still have an Atlantic with a digital thermostat (a little screen) and it is much better (although not perfect).
Heats up quickly, operates quietly, doesn't smell at all, issue with the thermostat, reaches the desired temperature, turns off and starts working again after two minutes
Very good heat quality, the only negative thing is that it often shuts off without reaching the desired temperature or continues to work even after reaching and surpassing it
Let's start with the positives: 1. Heats up quickly with a nice sensation. 2. Truly quiet operation. 3. Doesn't smell at all (the first operation should be done on a balcony for a few minutes on full power, then everything is okay). 4. Nice appearance.
Now for the negatives: The issue with the thermostat is that in a very small room with energy-efficient windows and a closed door, as soon as it reaches the desired temperature, it turns off and then turns back on after two minutes. There is no chance for the temperature to have dropped so much to trigger this. And all of this is evident in the energy consumption because you don't have the option to adjust the wattage, it will either be 2000 or 2500 watts depending on what you buy
I have it here for about 2 months now for my mother who wants to heat the kitchen, which is about 30-35m2, where she spends most of her time. She sets it at a steady temperature of about 21-22 degrees and it automatically turns on and off with a significant delay. It is completely silent. I can say that it is a very good choice for quickly heating a space with quality warmth.
As for the electricity bill, to tell the truth, it hasn't arrived yet, although we have heard about the general increases in the electricity company and we won't be able to calculate the specific heater with a single parameter. So maybe I will come back after at least 2-3 utility bills and we enter the summer period to see the differences.
I agree that it is missing a carrying handle, but I added an aluminum one myself. Of course, I still have to wait for it to cool down to transport it...
Very good heater, with plastic bases for portability but... without a plastic handle for transportation that doesn't cost even one euro? Therefore, it rightfully loses one star. So, are we supposed to wait for it to cool down before moving it somewhere else? Creating a very good product and skimping on the extremely cheap accessory (which you can't even find on the market as an extra, as I found out) is called miserliness. So, be careful with this detail that gives me quite a hard time.
Reading a lot about heaters, the truth is that I was leaning towards the Norwegian ones, but on one hand their large dimensions and on the other hand the possession of an already functioning Atlantic 2500 watt since 2006 (!) led me to buy another Atlantic heater. Of course, the new model has been technologically upgraded (electronic thermostat, silent) and has been improved aesthetically.
From the use so far, we can mention:
1. Nice Design. Relatively small dimensions (compared to others). Design-wise, its surface is slightly curved (D-shaped) for better heat diffusion in the room.
2. Very good heating performance. Very good heating quality - does not dry the atmosphere. Immediate heating performance. No comparison to air conditioning and clearly better than oil-filled radiators. I have placed it in a unified living room-kitchen area of 35 m2, attic, north-facing, with good insulation, for auxiliary heating. I have been impressed that it comfortably covers the space (without being tested yet in extreme conditions) as well as the quality of its heating - a sweet sensation. Of course, it is used in addition to central heating and the space is already relatively warm (so far it easily reaches 22 degrees from 17 degrees in about an hour with an open door to the rest of the house).
3. The feet it comes with fit perfectly and although it does not have wheels, the transportation of the heater is relatively easy because it is relatively light.
4. Its surface heats up but is safe to touch - you don't get burned - unlike central heating radiators.
5. It is completely silent: you cannot hear the thermostat (electronic) and you cannot hear the expansion and contraction of the construction material.
6. During the first operation, I took it out on the balcony and operated it for 20 minutes. It emits a little smoke for 2-3 minutes and a burnt smell, which disappears after a while.
7. Regarding consumption, I cannot speak yet - I have been using it for two weeks - but I believe it depends on many factors (room insulation, air currents, selected operating temperature, initial room temperature, operating hours, etc.). Attention is required for the socket to be installed as it is 2500 W and requires a socket with a 16A fuse. If not available, it is better to choose a model with fewer watts.
8. I also bought an F129 2000W for the workspace, which has all the positives of the F119 with an electronic programmable function. The on/off switch of the F119 is simpler to operate. Also, the F119 has an Eco mode in which the heater operates 3 degrees lower than the selected temperature (comfort mode), saving energy and maintaining the room temperature within "reasonable" limits (the room does not freeze in case of absence or at night or when there is no need for intense heating).
9. The only possible negative thing I noticed is the quality of the device's assembly: the screwing of the two metal panels could have been better (French design and Ukrainian assembly, made in Ukraine). This does not affect the aesthetic presence of the device in the room (it is only visible when looking at it from behind or vertically above) as well as the stability of the device (quite compact).
10. 5-year warranty!
I am thinking of buying more to enhance heating in other rooms.
I will come back when I have information about the consumption and performance of the heating (under different conditions)
