The taste is a bit strange. The pump of the bottle after the 3rd-4th use has a leak and sometimes doesn't work properly. For the product to work for me, I need at least 4 sprays. With 1-2 sprays, I don't see a difference. The 20ml lasts me about 20 days and costs me €7.

The spray pump broke after 3 or 4 uses. The results were mediocre, from what I could see.

Effective, but the last time I bought it, there is a problem with the spray pump. It gets clogged after a short use. I also noticed that the color of the liquid has changed. From transparent, which it was in previous bottles, now it is milky.

Depending on the level of stress I have, I do 1 or 2 or 3 sprays. It makes me fall asleep faster than the pill. The taste, sometimes, is a bit strong for me. It works for my body and I am completely satisfied.

Depending on each person's body, the appropriate supplement should be found for better sleep. Personally, it helped me and with spraying under the tongue 10-20 minutes before going to bed, I feel that it helps me. I recommend you to try it!
